Since palm oil contains certain nutrients, many people believe that palm oil can help nourish the body and prevent certain diseases. There are scientific studies that indicate that may have the following health benefits:

Prevent vitamin A deficiency.
Vitamin A  is a type of vitamin that is necessary for bone growth, skin health and eyesight. However, a lack of vitamin A can affect vision. Cause dry eyes and may even lead to anemia. Since red palm oil contains carotenoids that the body can convert into vitamin A. There is some research on the effectiveness in preventing vitamin A deficiency. UFABET 


One study found that patients with cystic fibrosis had higher levels of vitamin A in their blood after consuming red for 8 weeks. However, since this study was only conducted on patients with cystic fibrosis, further studies are needed to prevent vitamin A deficiency in the general population.
In addition, another study on consuming red palm oil in breastfeeding women found. That consuming red increased the levels of carotenoids. Which are precursors of vitamin A.

Therefore, it is believed that consuming may prevent vitamin A deficiency. It was also found that carotenoids can also be passed on to the baby through breast milk. However, further studies are needed to confirm the effectiveness in preventing vitamin A deficiency.
